GWENT Police have issued advice for supporters travelling to tomorrow's huge FA Cup clash as Newport County AFC welcome Premier League champions Manchester City.

The Exiles will be hoping to cause a huge upset in front of a sold out Rodney Parade.

More than 8,000 match tickets were allocated to County fans, and additional seating has been installed ahead of Saturday’s game.

Gwent Police have advised fans not to park in the streets surrounding Rodney Parade to avoid unnecessary congestion.

This comes after some fans queuing for tickets for the clash were issued with parking warnings after leaving their cars on double yellow lines.

With the game kicking off at 5.30pm, fans are also likely to be affected by roadworks on the M4.
