THE SUN is shining ahead of tomorrow’s football match, with Newport County taking on Man City in the next round of the FA cup.
Some have bagged themselves a ticket at Rodney Parade, whereas others will be enjoying the game from one of the many venues showing the action live on the big screen, or the comfort of their own home.
Newport County won an incredible 2-0 defeat against Middlesbrough, despite rain pouring down on the day, but how is the weather looking for this match?

According to the Met Office today’s sunshine will continue in Newport, with patchy clouds and mild temperatures, reaching a maximum of 14 degrees Celsius.
Tonight, cloud will travel over from the west, which could mean light rain for parts of Newport, with wind expected in hilly and coastal areas.

Tomorrow is likely to be another foggy start to the day. Newport should experience cooler weather, with maximum temperatures of 12 degrees Celsius.
Later in the day, after 12pm it’s likely to become overcast, with light drizzle on the cards, but heavy rainfall is not forecast.
