The M4 eastbound between the Coldra and Caerleon junctions
IT IS proving to be a busy and frustrating start to the week for motorists travelling on the M4 around Newport, particularly eastbound.
Traffic is heavy between junctions 24 (Coldra) and 28 (Tredegar Park).
