Mr Simpson has been found, Gwent Police have confirmed.

POLICE are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing 59-year-old man.
Andre Simpson from the Wyllie area of Caerphilly county borough was reported missing on Sunday.
He was last seen on Saturday evening.
Mr Simpson is described as 5'3" in height, of stocky build with greyish hair and a Scottish accent.
He wears round shaped glasses and is usually seen in a Dai cap.
Gwent Police think he may be driving a VW Polo with the registration number WK02 ZPY.
They are asking anyone who has any information or has seen his blue VW Polo to call 101 quoting the log number 351 17/02/19.
