THE Tip Shop in Newport will be closing for a week from Friday, February 22.

The shop sells unwanted goods, saving them from going to landfill.

This closure is due to building works being undertaken at the Household Waste Recycling Centre on Docks Way and the relocation of the shop on the site.

The Tip Shop buildings will be moved to the left of the main entrance, providing more space for the shop, with an extra unit is being added, and considerably improving the parking.

Wastesavers apologises for any inconvenience caused but hopes the new location and larger parking capacity will help us save even more items from going in the skips.
