DETECTIVES are appealing for information to find a man they believe can help them solve a number of burglaries.
They would like to contact 34-year-old Jeremiah McCarthy from the Abergavenny area.
A Gwent Police spokesman said: “We'd like to speak to Jeremiah, following a number of reports of commercial burglaries in the north Monmouthshire area, since 3rdDecember, 2018.
“Officers believe Jeremiah, who has links to both the Abergavenny and Brynmawr areas, can help with their enquiries.
“We would urge anyone with information regarding Jeremiah's whereabouts not to approach him, but to contact Gwent Police on 101, quoting log 63 of 28/12/18.
"Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or direct message us via Facebook and Twitter.”
