A 52-year-old man from Norfolk died at the National Diving and Activity Centre on Thursday
A 52-year-old man has died at the National Diving and Activity Centre, near Chepstow.
The man, Great Yarmouth in Norfolk, was declared dead at the scene on Thursday, after being taken from the water.
Gloucestershire Police and the Health and Safety Executive are investigating the circumstances, and the force spokesman said: "Our thoughts are with the man's family and friends following this tragic incident."
