AN ACCIDENT on the A48 westbound closed one lane on the roundabout with M4 J28 (Tredegar Park) this morning.
***UPDATE 11.25am***
All lanes have now been re-opened.

An ambulance was in attendance, reports showed.
A Gwent Police spokesman said the force was not in attendance. He described the incident as a "damage-only collision" and said it had been dealt with by a WATO Traffic Wales unit.
