Caerwent PO
CAERWENT Historic Trust is hosting its annual Open Day at Caerwent Church.
Visitors will be able to find out more about the history of the area, locate plots at the graveyard, get help with tracing family history and learn more about local history.
Two illustrated talks are planned with Dr Mark Lewis talking about interesting features of Caerwent and its surrounding area and Peter Bonvoisin revealing the history of Court House, Llanvair Discoed.
During the open day they would like to talk to people who have memories of Caerwent.
Refreshments will be served at this free event on May 4, from 10am to 1pm, with all welcome to attend.
