Traffic has now returned to normal, according to traffic monitors, with all lanes re-opened.

A COLLISIONÂ on the M4 near J25A (Caerleon) has blocked two lanes of the motorway.
The incident, which reportedly involved a motorbike, has occurred on the westbound carriageway.
Emergency services are on the scene and eyewitness reports suggest the rider of the motorcycle is sitting up at the side of the road.
Lanes one and two (of two) have been closed and traffic is currently using the hard shoulder to pass the blockage.
The incident is causing congestion and tailbacks are already stretching to J24 at the Coldra.
