A CRASH near Newport held up traffic on the Westbound side of the M4 this morning.
It involved two vehicles, according to police, and happened on the westbound carriageway just before junction 28 Tredegar Park.
Congestion was back to junction 25 Caerleon.
Traffic cameras showed queuing vehicles, with the situation not helped by further accidents on the way into Cardiff and near Miskin.
A spokesman for Gwent Police confirmed no injuries had been reported.
