TRAFFIC is slow on the M4 westbound between junctions 23A (Magor) and 24 (Coldra) due to disruption caused by several horses wandering on the road.
They have now been moved and all lanes have been re-opened, but traffic is slow back to the Prince of Wales Bridge.
