APPEAL: Gwent Police lookign to locate Guy Seabourne after he failed to turn up at court
GWENT Police are appealing for information to find a 33-year-old man who failed to appear at court.
Guy Seabourne from the Blaina area of Blaenau Gwent failed to appear at Newport Magistrates court on April 15, 2019 for charges of theft.
He is described as medium build, has short brown hair and is approximately 5ft 8in tall. He is known to frequent the Blaina or Abergavenny areas.
