THERE are severe delays and traffic ongoing, reportedly due to an accident on the M5 northbound.
It is believed there was an accident, involving multiple vehicles, on the M5 northbound which has led to a road closure and a detour in operation.
There is queuing traffic on the M49 northbound between J19 and J22 as traffic is diverted.
There are severe delays of 11 minutes, which seem to be easing, on the M4 eastbound between M4 and M48, with an average speed of 20mph.
Traffic is queueing on the M4 eastbound between J22 M49 and J20 M5 J15 (Almondsbury Interchange) which is causing congestion to the Prince of Wales bridge.
Delays of nine minutes are affecting the M4 eastbound between M4 and M48.
