Today’s cat of the week is Ronnie.

Ronnie is a handsome four-month-old kitten, with a heart shape on his chest, who loves a cuddle.

He’s full of life and will play and climb for hours, especially with his favourite toy: the laser pen. He can be homed in most families including those with other cats or dogs. He would be fine with older children but not if you’ve got young children as he does like to chew ears at the moment.

If you’d like to reserve Ronnie then please go along to Gwent Cats Protection’s adoption day at Summerwood Vets, in the High Street, Blackwood, on Sunday, May 19, doors open at 1.30pm.

Our adoption fee covers vaccinations, microchipping, and a voucher for free neutering when old enough and so it is a very good deal.

Please contact Gwent Cats Protection if you can offer a kitten a home and remember the importance of having your cat neutered as soon as they are old enough. If you are in a low income household they can give you details of how you can get this done for just £5 and it really is the kindest thing you can do for them,
