UPDATE 1.00pm: All lanes have now been reopened following the earlier crash, and the vehcile involved has been recovered.
Congestion is easing.
MOTORISTS heading out of Wales on the M4 are facing delays of more than 20 minutes due to a crash on the English side of the Prince of Wales Bridge.
Traffic is queueing for three miles on the M4 eastbound. The incident has happened between junction 22 (M49) and junction 21 (M48) One lane is blocked eastbound. Reports suggest a vehicle has left the road.
