THE A4046 has been reopened following an early morning crash near Cwm.
One car was involved and no significant injuries were reported.
The crash blocked the northbound carriageway between Aberbeeg and Cwm, causing heavy traffic in the surrounding area.
A Gwent Police spokesman said: "At approximately 6.10am on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, we were called to a single vehicle road traffic collision on the A4046 between Cwm and Aberbeeg.
"The collision involved a grey Vauxhall Corsa. No significant injuries were reported."

Drivers are advised to avoid the road if possible, and to take care in the hazardous conditions.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We were called on Wednesday, August 14 at approximately 6.22am to reports of a road traffic accident near Cwm.
"We responded with one emergency ambulance. One patient declined our treatment when we arrived.”
