A DRIVER has been taken to hospital after a two-vehicle crash on the eastbound M4 this morning.
One lane was partially block between Junction 25 B4596 (Caerleon) and Junction 24 A449 (Coldra).
The crash caused congestion to tail back to Junction 27 for Highcross.

A Gwent Police spokesman said: "At approximately 7.20am this morning, we were called to reports of a road traffic collision on the eastbound carriageway of the M4, between junctions 25 and 24.
"The collision involved a white Ford Transit Connect and black Volkswagen Golf.
"One driver was taken to hospital for treatment; their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
"There were no injuries reported regarding the other driver."
