Two-vehicle collision closes Heads of the Valleys Road near Brynmawr

The road is now re-open.

A TWO-vehicle collision on the A465 Head of the Valleys road is resulting in congestion.

The road has been closed and a diversion put in place following the incident which occurred on the eastbound carriageway near Brynmawr.

Gwent Police are advising motorists to seek alternative routes if travelling in the area.

The fire service and ambulance crews are also at the scene.
