The scene at junction 28 of the M4
ALL lanes of the M4 eastbound have been re-opened following a three-vehicle crash earlier this afternoon between junction 28 at Tredegar Park and junction 27, but delays remain.
Drivers are experiencing congestion from junction 29, for the A48(M), with delays of about 20 minutes.
The crash involved two cars and a van.
