UPDATE 8.26am: Traffic is now flowing as normal.
TRAFFIC is very slow eastbound on the M4 between junctions 29 (A48M) and 28 (Tredegar park) due to a crash which happened at around 7.15am.
One lane was blocked. Vehicles are now on the hard shoulder, though it is extremely busy at the moment.
