THE first phase of a £4 million new office development in Cwmbran should be finished by March 2008.
Work is under way on Lakeside Court, a new high quality office development being built on Llantarnam Park, Cwmbran.
The new buildings, being built by K & W Developments, will provide around 48,000 sq ft of offices space with the first phase comprising of six units ranging in size from 2,240 sq ft to 14,000 sq ft.
