Air ambulance called to a medical emergency in Newport
AN air ambulance landed on a Newport estate today to attend to someone needing medical assistance.
Wales Air Ambulance had to land on a square waste ground in the middle of the Mon Bank estate, Newport, to attend to a medical emergency.
Gwent Police were not in attendance but confirmed that emergency services were responding to someone having a medical issue/episode and it was not a police incident or suspicious.
