GWENT Police arrested a driver on suspicion of drug driving after he also allegedly flouted coronavirus lockdown rules.
On Twitter, Monmouthshire Officers wrote: “This driver thought he could get away with driving from an area in lockdown to #Abergavenny whilst under the influence of cocaine and cannabis...he was wrong.”

The man was stopped on Friday.
