M4 queue
A LANE has been closed on the M4 in Newport and is causing delays for early morning commuters.
One lane was blocked, the broken down vehicle is now on the hard shoulder.
The incident happened on the M4 Eastbound between J24 A449 (Coldra) and J23A A4810 (Magor Services).
There is slow traffic also on the M4 Eastbound between J25A A4042 (Newport / Cwmbran).
Travel time is 20 minutes.
