Percy Pwanyire
POLICE have found a missing 22-year-old with links to Newport.
South Wales Police were appealing for information on the whereabouts of Percy Pwanyire, 22, who was missing from Cardiff and has links to Newport and St Mellons.
South Wales Police confirmed that he has now been found.
On a statement on their social media they wrote: "Good news: the 22-year-old we appealed for help locating has been found safe and well.
"Many thanks for sharing our appeal."
