A CAPEL Hendre man has admitted a charge of driving while unfit through drugs.
Gian Francesco Barone, of Waterloo Road, Capel Hendre was caught driving a Volvo V40, on the A476 Felinfoel on November 22, a court heard.
Appearing at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court, the 56-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence and was issued with a 16-month driving ban.
Barone was also fined £140, ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
