DO YOU recognise this man?
Gwent Police hope to speak to him in relation to a fraudulent use of a bank card.
They are appealing for help identifying him following the incident in Pontlottyn.
A spokesman for Gwent Police said: "Do you recognise any person in the attached CCTV stills?
"PC Mason needs to speak to them in relation to fraudulent use of a bank card in the Pontlottyn area
"If you can help please call 101 quoting reference 2100146695"
