A DRINK driver who was caught by the police has been banned from driving for four years for being three times the limit.
Mark Jones, 54, of Hereford Road, Abergavenny, was stopped in an Audi A3 on the town’s A465 road on September 9.
At Newport Magistrates’ Court, the defendant pleaded guilty to having 105 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Jones was sentenced to a 12-month community order and must complete a six-day rehabilitation activity requirement.
He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £95 surcharge.
