GREGGS has revealed when the Festive Bake will return along with a brand new festive offering.
Greggs is making Christmas even more incredible this year with TWO Festive Bakes launching in shops nationwide.
The original Festive Bake, which launched in 2009 and has since gained a cult following, will be joined by the brand-new Vegan Festive Bake following surging public demand for a vegan-friendly take on the Christmas classic.
The legendary pastry makers finally announced on their social channels this morning the much-anticipated return date of the Festive Bake after fans begged to know when it was coming back. In a shock twist, they also announced the launch of the new Vegan Festive Bake.
When will the Festive Bake be available?
The new Vegan Festive Bake (449kcal, from £1.60) and the original Festive Bake (453kcal, from £1.60) will be available in all Greggs shops across the UK from Thursday 4th November, subject to availability.
The classic Festive Bake is filled with delicious pieces of chicken, sage & onion stuffing and sweetcure bacon, smothered in a creamy sage & cranberry sauce and encased in delicious crumb topped pastry.
Taking inspiration from the original masterpiece, the vegan-friendly version is filled with Quorn™ mycoprotein pieces, sage & onion stuffing and a vegan bacon crumb, finished with a mouth-watering sage & cranberry sauce encased in delicious puff pastry.

Greggs vegan range
The new Bake marks yet another scrumptious addition to the on-the-go retailer’s increasingly popular vegan range, following the 2019 debut of the Vegan Sausage Roll, 2020’s hearty Vegan Steak Bake and the Vegan Sausage, Bean and CheeZe Melt that took customers by storm this summer.
Hannah Squirrell, customer director at Greggs, said: “The Festive Bake is the latest iconic Greggs Bake to receive a vegan-friendly makeover, and it retains all the classic Christmassy flavours of the original.
“There’s nothing better over the festive season than tucking into delicious Christmas food, and we’re confident that customers will love our latest tasty Bakes.”
