After successfully raising millions of pounds in private investor finance, Castell Group has ambitious targets to truly make a difference and has a core team which yields significant experience in property development and construction but most importantly, have the passion and determination required to consistently deliver excellence.

Castell Group developments consist of high energy efficient new builds and conversions, with the utilisation of both traditional and modern methods of construction. Castell Group has a secured land pipeline of 230 homes with a contract value of over £40 Million and include brownfield developments where the emphasise is to bring disused and derelict land back into viable use for the local community.

I am incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved over the past 2 years. We have focused on building strong relationships with private investors and registered social landlords, with a clear emphasis on building high quality, energy efficient homes, for those truly in need. We are working with numerous registered social landlords and are currently on track to achieve our phase 1 goal of building 250 homes per annum in South Wales. We have a very strong and experienced team that are driven and passionate and we are grateful to have raised significant sums of private finance to facilitate our expansion plans.

Castell Group are currently busy working on over 20 different projects at various stage from initial land meetings to handovers and practical completions, developments include construction of over 50 x social and disabled housing in Neath Port Talbot, over 75 homes in Swansea, over 60 homes in Rhondda Cynon Taff and multiple sites throughout the rest of South Wales from Newport to Carmarthen.

Castell Group is proud to contribute towards the local communities in which it develops and has sponsored local gyms, the Christmas light display in Neath Port Talbot and aims to use local suppliers and manufacturers across the development projects. Importantly, Castell Group has introduced various apprenticeships and is keen to continue providing new opportunities for those who want to progress.

Castell Events has been launched, which is a new division of Castell Group, and which will focus on arranging and hosting highly informative and valuable property development conferences, networking, and events.

The events aim to provide the opportunity for those interested in property development to formulate relationships, establish partnerships, and learn the realities and various stages involved in property development without making the costly and fundamental mistakes.
