The A468 outside Bedwas High School has been closed in both directions following a crash.
THE A468 outside Bedwas High School has been re-opened following a "serious" crash early this morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident this morning between 5am and 5.30am.
The road was closed for most of the day, before officers re-opened it just before 3.30pm.

For a number of hours, there was no entrance to Pant Glas Industrial Estate due to the road closures, and Newport Road was also closed.
Gwent Police have been contacted for more information about the incident, and the condition of those involved.
