THE Dragons will be boosted by the return of flanker Harri Keddie, centre Jack Dixon and full-back Jordan Williams for Saturday's derby at Cardiff.

Dean Ryan's men travel to the Arms Park in the United Rugby Championship (kick-off 5.15pm) without six Wales internationals.

Hooker Elliot Dee, locks Will Rowlands and Ben Carter and back row forwards Ross Moriarty, Taine Basham and Aaron Wainwright are on Test duty ahead of next Saturday's clash with New Zealand.

However, Keddie is back from a head injury and is likely to captain the side in the capital.

Full-back Williams, who came into contact with a positive coronavirus case, and centre Dixon, personal reasons, were late withdrawals from last week's 24-10 loss to the Stormers in Newport.

They are back in the mix for Cardiff and could slot back in for Josh Lewis and Adam Warren.

The Dragons are likely to partner Joe Davies and Joe Maksymiw in the second row in the absence of Will Rowland and Ben Carter.

They are likely to be backed up on the bench by Huw Taylor, who is primarily a blindside flanker, although Max Williams has recently returned from a serious Achilles injury.

Keddie and Ollie Griffiths could be joined in the back row by Ben Fry or Dan Baker while Taylor Davies, Ellis Shipp and Richard Hibbard are the contenders to replace Dee.

Cardiff don't have the services of props Rhys Carre and Dillon Lewis, lock Seb Davies, flanker Ellis Jenkins, scrum-half Tomos Williams, fly-half Rhys Priestland, centres Uilisi Halaholo and Ben Thomas and wingers Josh Adams and Owen Lane.

The teams are named at midday tomorrow.
