A CRASH is causing delays in Cwmbran near the Grange University Hospital.
One lane is blocked on the southbound A4042 Croesyceiliog Bypass at the County Hall Roundabout - which leads to the Grange.
Traffic is queuing back to the roundabout for Gwent Crematorium.

Gwent Police have asked drivers to avoid the area if possible.
A police spokesperson said: “Due to an road traffic collision on the A4042 behind Police HQ Cwmbran (heading towards the crematorium roundabout) traffic is building up - please avoid the area and find another route for your journey.”
Following the re-opening of the road, a Gwent Police spokeswoman said: "The road traffic collision was reported just before 8am [on Wednesday].
"There were two cars involved and no-one was injured."
