Altaib Ahmad Altagani
GWENT Police are re-appealing for information to find a Newport rapist who has breached his licence conditions.
22-year-old Altaib Ahmad Altagani from Newport, was sent to prison in January 2016 after being convicted of rape.
He has now been recalled to prison.
