DAREDEVIL fundraisers threw their cares to the wind to abseil from Newport's iconic Transporter Bridge to raise money for St David's Hospice Care.
And their every move from nervous top to relieved bottom was chronicled by hospice volunteer photographer Michael Halpin who conquered his own fears to focus on the job in hand to scale the heights and get some phenomenal shots.
Kris Broome, of St David's Hospice Care, said: "Our awesome volunteer photographer Michael did an amazing first job facing his fear of heights to scale to the top of the bridge and then to get these great shots of fundraisers completing their abseils from the Transporter Bridge to raise funds for the hospice."
