What’s so special about this property?

A new owner would also get the reputation of the site at no extra cost, as it is rated four stars on visit Wales.

Along with the cottages themselves, there is also a marquee set on a concrete base in the grounds, and a licence to conduct marriages here. Currently, around 11 weddings a year are held here.

If that wasn’t enough, a detached stone barn on the 1.9 acres of land is currently in use as a 50 cover restaurant, which currently features in the Michelin Guide, and also has two AA rosettes for excellence – The Stonemill.

What about the farmhouse?

Away from the business side of the premises, there is also a six-bedroom farmhouse, which serves as the private dwelling for business owners.

This period property is home to all kinds of original features, including open fireplaces, beamed ceilings, and exposed roof trusses.

To the rear of the property there is plenty of outdoor space, which would be suitable for extra accommodation such as yurts, pods, tents, or lodges – subject to planning permission being granted.
