NEWPORT County AFC suffered a 6-1 defeat to Leyton Orient in the FA Youth Cup on Tuesday evening.
The young Exiles, who beat Torquay in the first round, headed to Brisbane Road to play for a clash with Chelsea but lost heavily in London.
They went behind in the third minute and trailed 3-0 at the break.
Orient scored three more times until Caleb Evans hit a consolation strike.
Dan Nkrumah scored a hat-trick for the hosts with the other goals coming from Reon Smith-Kouassi and Antonio Clements.
