A WREXHAM man has been fined for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a car involved in an alleged offence.
At Preston Magistrates Court, Rakim Newton, of Caxton Place, was found to have failed to give the information required by police.
It related to an alleged offence of speeding on the M6 southbound, between junctions 33 and 32, where temporary 50mph was in place on May 4 this year.
That charge was withdrawn.
Newton was fined £660 for failing to say who was driving the car.
He must also pay a £66 victim surcharge and costs of £99.
The total of £816 must be paid by December 22.
Newton's driving licence was endorsed with six points.
