NEWPORT Mayor Allan Morris urged students at Newport's university to opt for Fairtrade products after Newport was officially declared a Fairtrade city.
The event included a talk by Patrick Jones, the director of Lisbon Estates in Mpumalanga, South Africa, who spoke about how grape fruit production has benefited from land reform and Fairtrade.
