A MAN has been caught drug driving at a McDonald’s in the Gwent Valleys.
Michael Williams, 55, was arrested at the fast food chain’s Blackwood restaurant on Cliff Road on May 2.
The defendant pleaded guilty to drug driving with cannabis in his blood.
Williams, of Berllanlwyd Avenue, Markham, near Blackwood was banned from driving for 12 months after appearing at Newport Magistrates’ Court.

He was fined £120 and must pay £85 costs and a £48 surcharge.
