Caerphilly man jailed for sharing revenge porn films

A MAN has been jailed after sharing a revenge porn films and pictures of a woman.

Kieron Emmett, 32, pleaded guilty to sharing a photograph or film of person in an intimate state intending to cause alarm, distress or humiliation.

Newport Magistrates' Court heard the defendant also admitted threatening to share a photograph or film of person in an intimate state intending to cause alarm, distress or humiliation.

The offences were committed on February 23.

Emmett, of Lansbury Avenue, Cefn Hengoed, Caerphilly was locked up for 24 weeks.

He was also made the subject of a two-year restraining order not to contact his victim and must pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.
