A Newport property firm has signalled its aim to diversify further with an important appointment to its newly-created business.
Experienced property negotiator Olivia Williams has been joined Paul Fosh Auctions to fill a key role at the recently launched modern auction business YourBid.
The property and lettings business, which is consistently placed at number one in the all-Wales auction sales league, aims to bolster its position with the launch of the new arm.
Auctions valuer Olivia, 23, from Ross on Wye, is excited to be in at the start of the new venture.
She has previously worked as a senior sales negotiator at a Gloucester Docks real estate agency and before had a key role with a lettings business.
She said: “Having grown up in a family involved in the industry, I have a strong passion for property that motivates me to deliver excellent service and achieve the best outcomes for clients.
“My journey in property began at 16 with an apprenticeship at a letting agents, laying the foundation for a career I’m truly passionate about.
“I’m really excited to be taking up this role with YourBid because the modern method of auction sales is a growing part of the property market, offering real benefits in terms of flexibility and transparency.
