A school has received a new minibus thanks to a huge fundraising drive.
St Joseph Primary School in Tredegar launched the fundraiser after its previous vehicle was stolen earlier this year.
The new minibus will once again allow pupils to travel to events and activities that are a key part of school life, including educational visits, sporting fixtures, and outdoor learning.
John McMorrow, headteacher at St Joseph Primary School, said: "We are absolutely delighted to have our new minibus delivered and ready for use.
"The response from the community has been incredible and we are so grateful to everyone who supported our fundraiser."
The campaign saw a strong outpouring of support from residents, businesses, and organisations, including a £500 donation from Wales & West Utilities.
Matthew Bishop, first line manager at Wales & West Utilities, said: "We were pleased to support St Joseph Primary School following such a difficult incident.
"It’s fantastic to see the school back on the road so quickly thanks to the generosity of the local community."
Wales & West Utilities is the gas emergency and pipeline service for Wales and the south west of England, delivering energy to more than 7.5 million people.
