Officers were called to a two-car crash in the early hours of Sunday morning, August 9.
The crash occurred on Mountain Road in Caerphilly at approximately 12am, and involved two vehicles.
No injuries were reported.
A spokesperson for Gwent Police said: "We received a report of a road traffic collision on Mountain Road, Caerphilly at around 12am on Sunday 9 August.
"The collision involved two vehicles, and no injuries were reported".
Members of the public were advised to avoid the area and find alternative routes for their journey while officers responded to the crash and the area was cleared.
A spokesperson said at the time of the crash: "We're currently dealing with a road traffic collision on Mountain Road, Caerphilly.
"Please avoid the area if possible and find alternative routes for your journey.
"Thank you".
