A 41-year-old Newport man has been charged with exposure following reports of a man exposing himself on Cambrian Road, Newport, during the early hours of August 15.
Neighbourhood officers arrested Lawrence Seivwright on August 27 before taking him into custody.
Seivwright has since been charged with exposure and was due to appear at Newport Magistrates’ Court on Friday, August 28.
Gwent Police said comments on its social media post had been turned off because charges had been authorised and to ensure nothing was posted that could undermine the criminal justice process.
