Kallum Hopkins, aged 22, of Thornbury Park, Rogerstone, Newport must pay £255 in a fine and costs after he pleaded guilty to intentionally/recklessly causing a public nuisance between June 25, 2023 and July 25, 2024 by organising car meets and that created a risk or caused serious harm to the public intending or being reckless that it would have such a consequence.

Joshua Mort, 35, of York Place, Newport must pay £285 in fines and costs after he pleaded guilty to assault by beating, stealing food worth £6.50 from Greggs and possession of cannabis on April 1.

The court ordered the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.

Nicholas Duke, aged 53, of The Orchard, Newport must pay £572 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after pleading guilty to permitting the use of a motor vehicle with no insurance.

His driving licence was endorsed with seven penalty points.

Gerald Hawkswood, 65, of Henllys Way, St Dials, Cwmbran must pay £877 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after he was found guilty following a trial of a public order offence on June 18.

He has until September 28 to settle the amount in full.

Katherine Madden, aged 50, of Emlyn Avenue, Ebbw Vale must pay £515 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after she pleaded guilty to speeding in a 20mph zone.

Her driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

Tom Edwards, of Emlyn Road, Cwm, Ebbw Vale must pay £425 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence.

Kyle Scott Williams-Corbin, 24, of Mounton Road, Chepstow must pay £156 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after he admitted keeping a motor vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements.

Sarah Chappell, 59, of Sandy Lane, Caerwent Brook, Caerwent, Monmouthshire was disqualified from driving for six months for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver/rider of a vehicle when required.

She must pay £1,044 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.
