A van and a modified pedal cycle have been seized by police during patrols in Newport on Wednesday, September 2.
Gwent Police’s Community Action Team carried out the patrols in response to concerns raised by residents.
A van was seized after checks revealed it was uninsured and parked on a public road.
A modified pedal cycle was also seized in the Alway area after being used in an anti-social manner.
A spokesperson for Gwent Police said: "Another productive patrol from the Community Action Team in Newport.
"Officers were out and about tackling issues that matter to local residents.
"A van was seized after checks revealed it was being kept on a public road without insurance.
"A modified pedal cycle was seized in the Alway area after it was seen being ridden anti-socially.
"We're committed to making our communities safer and addressing concerns raised by the public.
"If you see issues affecting your community, please continue to report them".
Members of the public who are being affected by issues in their community are being urged to report them to Gwent Police.
