Andre Brown, 24, of Somerton Park, Newport was disqualified from driving for 12 months after pleading guilty to drug driving with a cannabis derivative in his blood on the A4042 on March 23.
He must pay £253 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.
Dexter Stewart, aged 68, of Ruperra Street, Newport was disqualified from driving for 28 days after he pleaded guilty to speeding at 68mph in a 50mph zone on the M4 motorway at Junction 19 eastbound in South Gloucestershire on October 31 last year.
He was fined £80.
Nicholas Rocke, 36, of Cromwell Road, Risca must pay £336 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after pleading guilty to speeding at 32mph in a 20mph zone on Risca Road in Newport on April 19.
His driving record was endorsed with four penalty points.
Kirsty Winstone, aged 34, of College Road, Penygarn, Pontypool must pay £428 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding in a 50mph zone.
Her driving record was endorsed with three penalty points.
Barrie Jones, aged 48, of Wainfelin Road, Wainfelin, Pontypool must pay £588 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after he pleaded guilty to speeding in a 70mph zone.
His driving record was endorsed with five penalty points.
Marcus Bunn, of Attlee Way, Cefn Golau, Tredegar must pay £340.84 in a fine, costs and back duty for keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence.
Nathan Richards, of Bournville Terrace, Tredegar must pay £280.75 in a fine, costs and back duty after he pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence.
Ronald Jones, of Rhymney Bridge, Rhymney, Caerphilly was fined £220 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £71.67 back duty for keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence.
