A man without a driving licence fled from police before officers later found the vehicle on Monday, September 14.
Gwent Police said the car was being driven by a man without a licence and was also uninsured.
A spokesperson for Gwent Police said: "This vehicle made off from officers this afternoon, it was being driven by a male who did not have a drivers licence.
"After a few hours searching, Abertillery neighbourhood policing team found this vehicle located in the area of Cwmtillery".
Gwent Police explained that driving a vehicle uninsured or without a valid licence causes "disruption in our communities".
The spokesperson said: "[On Monday] we took action [and there is] one less uninsured vehicle on our roads.
"If you choose to drive a vehicle uninsured or without a valid licence, and cause disruption is our communities, you can expect officers to take action".
